Private Pay/Self Pay Sessions are 60 minutes long (not 45 minutes insurance dictated)
I suggest 90 minute sessions for my couples and families so there is more time for everyone's voice. This is case by case.. 60 minute sessions could be what you are comfortable with.
You choosing to keep your insurance company out of your confidential therapy empowers us to free up time not worrying about length of sessions, frequency of clinical work, mental health diagnosis entered into your medical record, or treatment of the one patient within context of our family/couple work.
Accepted payments are cash, check and credit cards/ HSA.
FREE 30 minute Private Pay Meet and Greet Consultation.
Because more and more therapists do not take insurance, I only do private pay consultations. I have never been to a doctor that does not collect insurance information if I chose to use that route.. Insurances set rates so I have to accept the contract but private pay is the first choice..

- What will be the fee?
- How much are you willing to invest in your stressed relationship with or without them in the room?
- Is the commute to my office doable?
- How many weekly sessions are you willing to commit to? You have been dealing with this frustration for years possibly and I'm a quick learner. BUT...
- Investing in you and your relationships is so worth the extra cost it may feel at this critical time.. Realistically how much of your monthly budget will you commit to for 3-6 months?
- BUT it takes time to get to know your story and for me to really become impartial and be that third eye in the room so I recommend at least 3 months to start..
- What are your goals and what are you committing to change in yourself first?
